Supply Chain Analyst
Description Essential Responsibilities This individual will be responsible for supporting Business Unit initiatives and metrics for Electrical and/or Mechanical Categories aligned with our elevator sub-systems. This may include but not be limited to: • Work with Business Unit category strategies that achieve the Year / Year savings cost savings initiatives – Schedule A (Negotiation) /Schedule B (Design change) along with timely execution to schedule. • Collaborate with regional or global supply chain on NAA category strategy for synergies within sub-system and across commodities. • Collaborate with our Business Partner Commodity Managers (BPCM), and help with our regular workloads of Gate Reviews, Material Disposition List Analysis (identifying opportunities for improvement, aligning suppliers for souring plans, • As applicable by business unit, this position will be responsible for updating all applications including but not limited to ETQ, Teams Logs, GeN3 Core, Sch A/B RFQ, on daily basis. • Supporting RFQ’s (RFI/RFP as needed), total landed cost analysis, support business case, and ROI. • Facilitate / drive PPAP activities supporting Business Unit and Florence operations (from ETQ PPAP requests, REQ/PO execution, confirmation of sample deliveries, follow-up with suppliers, follow-up with our SQEs for PSW issuance). • Support Business Unit new product introductions, operations improvements (Lean), engineering changes, and work transitions. • Align/update (JDE) MRP part and supplier data requirements, collaboration with BPCM, Buyer, & Materials Engineering. • Facilitate / participate in cross functional team / IPD meetings as needed. • Support applicable weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and / or Report outs as needed Skills supply chain management, procurement, engineering, manufacturing environment, blueprint, engineering design, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing process Top Skills Details supply chain management,procurement,engineering,manufacturing environment,blueprint,engineering design,manufacturing engineering,manufacturing process Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic Qualifications • Knowledge of, or experience with, lean manufacturing systems/processes and ERP/JDE configurations, Concept Configurations, Elog, and drawing database (Windchill) • Strategic planning/thinking skills coupled with analytical and execution skills. • Experience with office programs such as Access and Excel and/or other data manipulation programs, such as Power BI. • Demonstrated ability to work in teams cross functionally. • Strong communication skills. • Demonstrated project management, change management, and negotiating capabilities is a plus. Education • Bachelor’s Degree or greater preferred, preferably in Business Administrations/Supply Chain Management, or Engineering, but can consider work experience. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
