As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will analyze supply chain procedures, recommend and implement improvements, and determine supply chain KPIs based on data analysis. You will manage manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain. This is an onsite position at our Sylmar, CA. facility. You will report to the CMS Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and influence Productivity Programs and Critical process changes
ICDC responsible for inventory accuracy
Help determine the quality and order date for materials needed to meet the master production schedule
Manage inventory accuracy and capacity, and demand vs capacity
Suggest solutions for process improvements
Support the planning group
Identify technology and systems that promote transparency through the supply chain to improve profitability
Understand MRP and QAD for improvement and update parameters to improve operations and supply chain
Dock to stock metrics with receiving and receiving inspection
Monthly tracking for sales and production
Material shortage and productivity analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, logistics, business management or related fields or equivalent experience and education.
1+ years of experience in a supply management role or related position
Excellent mathematical skills
Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop applicable insights from data
Salary Range $55,000-$65,000 plus annual bonus
