The AB APAC Operations team is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to analyze and share key insights to drive enhanced delivery experience within our fulfillment network. This role will provide actionable inputs to the Program Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a huge growth area for Amazon.
An ideal candidate has a background in supply chain operations and excellent data driven problem-resolution skills. He/she/they have the ability to pull and analyze data with ease, drive process improvements, standardize our processes and eliminate the root cause of defects within the current systems. Candidates will work collaboratively across teams to perform in-depth analyses and troubleshoot complex issues in a variety of subject areas. This job will require exceptional communication skills while having the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Enable effective decision through proactive retrieval and data aggregation from multiple sources
- Communicate analysis and insights to internal stakeholders both verbally and in writing
- Escalate problems and/or variance in data to the relevant owners and internal business partners and follow through on the resolutions
- Identify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive improvements in APAC AB Operations
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes, minimize repetitive tasks, and create actionable outcomes
- Lead discussions with cross-functional teams and leadership to influence and create innovative solutions
- Work independently in a dynamic environment
