We are seeking a highly motivated mid-senior individual, reporting directly to the Heads of Industrial & Logistics in Sweden and wider Nordics, to join the Industrial & Logistic team and drive the growth of our evolving platform in one of our three locations – Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö. All of this in close collaboration with our local as well as wider European teams. In the role of Supply Chain Advisor you will develop our team in order to meet market demand and expand the business further while strengthening our offer towards both Occupier and Investor clients. You will provide specialized advisory services from supply chain network design to local market analysis concerning premises and locations. Your comprehensive assessments will cover building types, location accessibility, design specifications, and local labor supply. **Key Responsibilities** + Delivering multiple consulting engagements successfully and their own activities and supporting management of project teams + Developing and maintaining positive client relationships while managing client expectations + Identifying and communicating risks and opportunities regarding project requirements, resources, timelines and budgets + Communicating well: within the core project team and when supporting sales pursuits, with key stakeholders, and with senior supply chain and real estate executives + Using supply chain knowledge to diagnose client issues and problem areas, structure project approaches, identify improvement opportunities and define and shape solutions + Identifying and communicating ways to improve CBRE's analysis tools and techniques + Working collaboratively with internal teams by sharing experiences and expertise to benefit the client + Leading and supporting client pursuits through internal, external and direct channels - from identification of an opportunity through to securing of the project + Creating documents, proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials with the pursuit team + Leading in and supporting client meetings/presentations and preparation + Leading business development activities across a variety of opportunity types – from one-offs to longer-term account support + Working closely with relevant colleagues (e.g. brokerage) to qualify, target and pursue prospects by leveraging supply chain subject matter expertise + Interacting with other consulting and advisory practices to continuously improve CBRE's ability to deliver exceptional client outcomes along the ability to develop commercially beneficial plans and proposals to solve client problems + Identifying critical success factors in pursuits and use data to consistently strengthen and improve pursuit strategies **Person Specification/Requirements** + Track record in supply chain of supporting, delivering and leading work-streams and projects covering supply chain strategy, network design, facility capacity analysis, operational assessments, third party decision support and business case development + Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Consulting or Supply Chain/Logistics + Completed Master's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent; + Self-starter, pro-active, drives self and those around them to build and maintain momentum across sales and delivery + Contributing actively to a culture of cooperation and teamwork + Strong understanding of the supply chain industry and understanding the relationship with commercial real estate decisions + Skills and experience to diagnose and understand client requirements, manage client expectations and execute delivery plans + Willingness to network within the company and to communicate with our client base and in the industry + Significant flexibility, organizational talent and hands-on mentality + Proficient knowledge of tools including MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI and similar + Strong knowledge of written and spoken Swedish for business use and fluency in English + The role requires regular office presence (e.g. 2 days a week) with travel throughout the country as well as some international requirements **We offer** + An excellent working atmosphere in which initiative and team spirit count + Attractive office space in one of our offices based in Sweden + A varied range of tasks and development opportunities in a successful and expanding international group **Working at CBRE** When you join CBRE you will have the support and resources of a global firm where an entrepreneurial mind-set is encouraged.
