Providing premier logistics service to customers and act as the interface with other departments and forwarder/ broker to ensure smooth process of imports and exports, prepare and maintain proper shipment documentation. MAIN DUTIES + Issue purchase order of direct material according to customer demand and schedule + Monitors and trace each purchase order from order entry to delivery. + Timely shipment arrangement and work with forwarder / broker / warehouse on import and shipment arrival. + Update on daily order and shipment status, goods received and discrepancy + Submit Finance with original shipping documentation for payment settlement. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES + Issue purchase order per demand schedule and timely update related information and status to make sure of the supply information correctness. + Close communication / detail tracking with Overseas Suppliers and expedite delivery to meet customer schedule. + Assist Supply Chain Manager to develop and improve procurement procedure and system for internal control in efficient and effective manner. + Ensure the forwarder shipping mode meet the shipping instruction of the Purchase Order. + Ensure the urgent cases has followed the special instruction to meet expedite request. + Check Suppliers/forwarder shipment status and keep the daily update to system + Run goods receiving entry into JDE system and create GR report to ensure accuracy. + Prepare discrepancy note if any over/short/wrong shipped by division & follow up with CS. JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS + College degree and above + 5 year + experience in Supply Chain / procurement / logistics.
