Find your future with us. **Boeing Global Services (BGS)** is looking for a **Supply Base Manager (Associate)** , to join our team in **Hazelwood, MO** . **Position Responsibilities:** + Participates in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations + Gathers and reviews data for use in supplier performance evaluations + Identifies and communicates potential risks and issues + Provides support in the development of mitigation plans + Deploys operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance + Supports the development and implementation of supplier project plans + Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 1+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager + 1+ years of experience managing supplier relationships and performing supplier technology evaluations + 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required + 4+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience + 3+ years' experience functioning in a cross-functional environment + 3+ years' experience working with Supplier Management and/or Supply Chain + 3+ years' experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance + 3+ years' experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies _._ **Total Rewards & Pay Transparency:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
