Come join us and be a part of the future of Aerospace! **Position Responsibilities:** + The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem solving skills. + Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required. + Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements. + Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities. + Collaboration with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customer’s requirements. + Leads supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations + Manages and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance + Leads the development of mitigations plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs + Develops and implements supplier base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies + Analyzes supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into contracting strategies + Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs **Associate (Level 2)** + Participates in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations + Gathers and reviews data for use in supplier performance evaluations + Identifies and communicates potential risks and issues + Provides support in the development of mitigation plans + Deploys operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance + Supports the development and implementation of supplier project plans **Mid-Level (Level 3)** + Facilitates supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations + Develops and participates in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies + Analyzes and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance data to identify risks, issues and opportunities + Develops mitigation plans + Identifies and participates in supplier and business improvement activities + Provides outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies **Senior (Level 4)** + Leads supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations + Manages and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance + Leads the development of mitigations plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs + Develops and implements supplier base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies + Analyzes supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into contracting strategies + Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 1+ years' experience directly with Supplier or Supplier Management + 1+ years' experience in a role that required Project Management skills + 1+ years' experience working with Microsoft Office Suite **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred + Experience in working with cross-functional teams. + Experience managing subcontracted efforts and supplier performance throughout the life-cycle. **Additional Info:** + Travel expected to be less than 25% **Export Control Requirement:** This position must meet export control compliance requirements. Summary Pay Range: + Associate (Level 2): $74,700 - $87,150 + MId-Level (Level 3): $93,600 - $109,200 + Senior (Level 4): $108,900 - $127,050 Applications for this position will be accepted until **Sept. 14, 2025** **Relocation** This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. **Security Clearance** This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
