Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Supplies Project Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Arizona. Responsibilities: * Manage supplies information across multiple databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency * Meet with clients to identify and resolve supply-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction * Research non-reporting devices to identify issues; update records accordingly; Including but not limited to: generating work orders for technicians to investigate and resolve device issues; Data comparison using multiple spreadsheets * Update and maintain supplies projects used in customer presentations and strategic meetings * Analyze and compare data from multiple spreadsheets to identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, company management, and senior executives to align efforts and support strategic business goals * Lead customer-facing meetings to communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives * Consistently meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established by the customer regarding supplies issues
