The Pharmacy panel organization currently supports €8.8 million revenue and consists of 2 FTEs (field representatives) and 3 contractors for managing the retail panel (pharmacies). Retail Panel management expertise is currently concentrated to contractors, putting the business operations and revenue at risk.

Due to the expertise, the skillset and the risk, we want to transition Ifigeneia Koufoudaki from a contractor to an FTE. Role is critical, non-offshorable, and part of a transition plan to build a sustainable, pyramid-shaped team. Budget is already included in the local P&L as a workforce cost. Target hire: November 1st, 2025.
