Description We are looking for a dedicated Supplier Scheduler 2 to join our team in New York, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of supply chain planning systems and processes. This role involves maintaining master data, validating transactional information, and collaborating with stakeholders to address discrepancies and optimize operations. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update master data within supply chain systems to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs. • Validate transactional data across systems, ensuring its integrity and identifying discrepancies for resolution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly. • Monitor and analyze system configurations to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency. • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance system performance and support business goals. • Utilize supply chain planning tools, such as Kinaxis Maestro, to manage workflows and streamline processes. • Support system maintenance by performing regular reviews and applying necessary updates. • Coordinate with stakeholders to address data quality concerns and ensure seamless communication. • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures in data management and reporting. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, preferably in distribution or demand planning. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a strong problem-solving skillset. • Familiarity with supply chain planning software, such as Kinaxis Maestro, is a plus. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address system and process issues. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder collaboration. • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or Oracle NetSuite is advantageous.
