As a Supplier Quality Specialist at Semikron Danfoss, you will be responsible for ensuring quality requirements in the series production supply chain, focusing on product and process quality. You will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with internal standards and customer specifications. The position will be based in France. Please submit your resume in English.
What You’ll Be Doing
Quality Assurance: Plan, execute, and document measures to ensure product and process quality in series production. Change Management: Evaluate and approve quality-relevant changes and production documents. Technical Evaluation: Approve capability evidence for production processes to ensure reliability. Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards (e.g., VDA 6.3, IATF 16949) and participate in audits. Deviation Management: Handle internal and supplier claims, coordinate problem-solving processes, and verify corrective actions. KPI Monitoring: Evaluate production quality KPIs and derive improvement measures. Supplier Management: Address quality deviations in purchased parts and manage supplier complaints. Inspection Planning: Implement additional inspection characteristics to ensure production stability. Training: Guide production staff in quality methods and contribute to quality management development. What We're Looking For
Degree in Engineering, or related field. Experience in change management and process documentation. Professional experience in production quality management, ideally in automotive/industry/electronics. Strong knowledge of quality methods (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3). Experience in problem-solving (8D, Ishikawa, CIP). Ability to monitor and report on quality KPIs and derive improvement measures. Experience in supplier quality management and handling of deviations. Strong communication skills for training and guiding production staff. Fluency in English and French is required. What You'll Get from Us
