Job Purpose and ImpactAs a Supplier Quality Management Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and quality of our products by managing risks tied to suppliers and external manufacturers sourcing feed and packaging to our Cargill Animal Nutrition and Health factories. You’ll collaborate across teams to evaluate vendors, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards—directly contributing to the integrity of our supply chain and the trust of our customers.
The place of work is our any ANH locations in Poland (Kiszkowo, Dobrzelin, Kalisz etc.).
Hybrid system: 1 or 2 days working at a production location.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceExperience in product safety, quality and auditing systemsMinimum of two years of related work experiencePolish and English languages are requiredPreferred Qualifications
Knowledge of product safety management systems with the ability to objectively evaluate product safety systems and report findings in an organized mannerKnowledge of European Feed and Packaging RegulationKnowledge establishing material and vendor risk and ensuring appropriate mitigation is definedKnowledge in 3rd party certifications in feed sector such as GMP+, QS, etc Company qualified auditor with experience conducting product safety auditsKnowledge in Microsoft Power(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi) is a plusExperience conducting product safety auditsExpertise in feed and petfood sectorOur Offer
