Responsabilities + Supervision and management of the supplier database + Manage the PPAPs of the components + Communication with customers and suppliers + Development and follow-up of supplier performance programs + Conduct supplier audits + Participation in continuous improvement programs for quality and productivity + Coordination of problem-solving related to components + Participation in the development of component quality planning + Timely follow-up on non-quality costs related to suppliers + Ensure the implementation of lessons learned and read-across with suppliers + Active participation in achieving all KPI targets Required Skills & Experience + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar + 5 years work experience in same position in automotive Industry + Experience in personnel management + SPC, DOE, FMEA,PPAP Expertise + Proficient on both written and conversational English + Highly experienced in 5 Whys, 8Ds, IATF 16949 + Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships and work as part of a team + Strong negotiation skills What We Offer + Benefits above the law + Major Medical Expenses Insurance + Global growth opportunities + Competitive Wages Be part of our ZF Lifetec team as Supplier Quality Lead and apply now!
