Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) with a strong background in injection molding, blow molding, or device manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in GMP manufacturing environments. This role is critical in supporting supplier relationships, driving quality improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for quality and technical issues with key suppliers, including Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)Collaborate cross-functionally as a member of the Supplier Engineering Team to proactively manage supplier quality activitiesMonitor and report on supplier performance metrics, driving continuous improvementSupport tool design and process development initiatives that promote a zero-defect approach to qualityLead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts with a focus on high-speed automation, injection molding, and blow moldingConduct and oversee component, tooling, and process validations/verificationDevelop and validate test methods to ensure accurate and reliable quality assessmentsManage supplier quality projects, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordinationParticipate in supplier selection, evaluation, and auditing processesLead and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve supplier-related issuesQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical fieldMinimum 6 years of experience in supplier quality engineering within injection molding, blow molding, or device manufacturingAt least 2 years of experience in GMP manufacturing requiredPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $132000.00/yr.
