Job Responsibilities:

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.

·       3 to 5 years of experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or manufacturing, preferably in automotive or similar industries.

·       Experience leading APQP processes and supplier development activities.

·       Skilled in conducting supplier audits based on standards like CSR, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, CQI, or MAFACT.

·       Knowledge of PPAP, Run-at-Rate (R@R), and 8D problem-solving methods.

·       Ability to assess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier performance.

·       Good understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement tools.

·       Comfortable using supplier quality software like QPF, or QLPS.

·       Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

·       Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

·       Experience with tooling audits and supplier payment processes is a plus.

·       Quality certifications like CQE, Six Sigma, or auditor certifications are beneficial but not required.
