Synthesize weekly events and summarize key quality-related incidents and issues.
Identify and define quality problems based on part performance and supplier feedback.
Detect non-conformities in the product/process pair on the final manufacturing process.
Propose action plans in response to feedback regarding vehicle quotations.
Follow up on previously defined actions and prepare documentation on their outcomes.
Establish an improvement curve (development/improvement plan) to track supplier performance.
Manage changes related to BPT (Pre-serial) and PP (Mass production) phases.
Understand and follow part definitions and technical specifications.
Plan and track the manufacturing of tooling and molds.
Adhere to professional standards and processes in quality, project management, and purchasing functions.
Prepare the main planning for the prototype phase.
Create project quotation feedback files.
Analyze proposed and selected solutions for feasibility and effectiveness.
Ensure that supplier deliveries and project phases meet expectations 100% in accordance with planned deadlines.
Guarantee that parts produced from final tooling meet 100% conformity with specifications.
Ensure that parts to be assembled during BPT (Pre-series) and PP (Production) phases are 100% compliant based on control reports.
Archive all documents in full compliance with Renault documentation standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, or related fields).
Minimum 4 years of experience in supplier quality, production quality, or a similar engineering role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, part conformity evaluation, and quality control methods.
Familiarity with Renault-specific standards and processes (e.g., ANPQP / RGPQP) is a strong advantage.
Experience with prototype and serial production phases (BPT & PP), and managing associated changes.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to detect product/process non-conformities and assess root causes.
Ability to develop and track improvement plans (progress curves) with suppliers.
Experience in preparing technical reports, follow-up documentation, and part approval files.
Good command of English, both written and spoken – capable of communicating effectively in technical and professional contexts.
