Responsibilities + Oversee the quality of raw material suppliers and contract manufacturers producing outsourced finished goods. + Interact with contract manufacturers and internal teams such as R&D, Packaging, and Project Management. + Manage multiple projects and activities with a results-driven approach. + Conduct CAPA reporting and address supplier corrective actions. Essential Skills + ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and/or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification is preferred. + Knowledge of DMAIC, Statistical Process Control methods, and Process Capability Index (CPK). + Ability to perform Cause and Effect Analysis and Pareto Analysis. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $41.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
