We are currently in search of a highly qualified Nuclear Supplier Quality Engineer to uphold regulatory compliance, perform thorough inspections, and develop partnerships with suppliers to drive ongoing quality enhancements.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Drive Quality Continuous Improvement: Develop and deploy comprehensive strategies aim to improving the overall quality of products or services. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure that all processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Review and Approve Documents: Evaluate and authorize essential quality-related documents such as quality plans, EOMRs (End of Manufacturing Reports), and possibly other technical or operational documents.
Perform Inspection at Supplier Site: Conduct inspections at supplier locations to ensure compliance with agreed-upon quality standards and specifications.
Conduct Supplier Audit: Evaluate suppliers through audits to assess their processes, quality systems, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

For This Role You Will Need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree major in Engineering field (Mechanical, Nuclear, Materials, or related).
Experience: Minimum 3 years in supplier quality management, preferably within the nuclear, aerospace, or heavily regulated industries. Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 standards.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is needed, as you will frequently engage with international colleagues
Soft Skills: Good communication, and collaboration skills to work with suppliers, internal teams, and regulators.
Travel: Willing to travel for supplier visits and audits.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in quality inspection methodologies, root cause analysis (RCA). Familiarity with NDE/NDT techniques (e.g., UT, RT, PT, MT), welding, casting or machining are advantageous.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of nuclear regulatory requirements (e.g., ASME, RCC-M, IAEA, HAF003) and how they apply to supplier quality management are useful.
Excellent social skills and team spirit, with the ability to work across departments.
