Your Role

In your daily job you will:

Oversee supplier quality assurance activities and compliance with internal and customer quality standardsConduct supplier process audits and assessments using SQ methodology and VDA 6.3Evaluate and qualify new suppliers from a quality perspectiveMonitor and resolve supplier-related quality issues affecting productionLead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) with suppliersTrack and verify the effectiveness of corrective actionsCollaborate with procurement, engineering, and production teams to support supplier developmentDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to enhance part quality and delivery performanceMaintain supplier performance metrics and documentation in alignment with IATF 16949 and other applicable standardsSupport APQP, PPAP, and other new product launch activities related to supplier parts

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in automotive quality or manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and customer-specific requirementsCertified Internal Auditor (IATF/VDA) preferredExcellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
