Position Summary Conduct on-site audits of suppliers such as ASAC, CTAC, and PQCP according to the established schedule, and perform additional supplier assessments as necessary. Initiate enhancements for suppliers to achieve their respective PPM and LRR targets while monitoring the quality performance of suppliers for assigned commodities. Assist in resolving critical or escalated production and customer quality issues related to materials by collaborating with IQC, Process, Production, and QE when required. Promote quality programs and requirements to suppliers to drive improvements. Engage in quality meetings and participate in external audits. Primary Goals and Responsibilities - Supplier activities include ASAC/CTAC audits, Surveillance and PQCP audits, QMBR/Scorecard/PPM/SCAR Review Meetings, and clarifying specifications and requirements. - Schedule, prepare, and conduct pre-audit meetings before onsite ASAC/CTAC audits, along with generating and uploading the related report to the system. - Analyze data and review SCAR for Surveillance audits, particularly focusing on the failing Quality criteria of the Scorecard. - Execute PQCP for external and problematic part numbers. - Assist in creating SQE quality presentation slides for meetings led by GCM, Purchasing, and other teams. - Uploading and generating quality reports (Audit report and regular report) - Review, draft, and finalize any audit within the designated timeframe - Consistent submission of the PPM, UAI, MRB, and SCAR lists - Prepare documentation on quality performance, issues, and supplier concerns for QMBR/SBR meetings with commercial teams - Factory support activities (quality meetings, supplier compliance with factory and customer standards) - Work together with various teams to address supplier quality challenges - Participate in meetings with different teams to share the current supplier processes for resolving quality concerns - Assist other teams in communicating and discussing customer requirements with suppliers - Engage in other tasks as assigned periodically (e.g., PPM + UAI report, MRB and SCAR documentation, KRA/KPI updates) - Timely review and respond to SCB/PCN. Approve Plasma Power First Article. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience: Experience in Supplier Quality, preferably in the metal stamping industry. Knowledge: - PCB production methods - IPC and various industry benchmarks - Six Sigma methodologies - Principles of ISO 9001, TS 16949, and ISO 14001 - Techniques for problem resolution and Statistical Process Control - FMEA, Design of Experiments, Measurement System Analysis, and product safety regulations Skills - Auditing - Proficient in verbal and written English communication - Technical report composition - Microsoft Office proficiency Abilities and Behaviors • Team player with a positive attitude. • Creative and proactive in resolving issues. • Capable of working under pressure and with minimal supervision. • Hardworking and a fast learner.
