Your responsibilities may include \(but are not limited to\): **Quality Systems Development:** Create and update quality procedures to align with current practices and regulatory requirements **Audit & Regulatory Compliance:** Lead FAA and government audits, investigations, and corrective actions to ensure compliance and prevent recurrence **Data Analysis & Process Improvement:** Analyze performance metrics such as scrap, defects, and rework to identify trends and drive cross\-functional improvement initiatives **Supplier & Production Audits:** Conduct audits across internal teams and external suppliers to ensure product and process integrity **Issue Prioritization & Resolution:** Address quality concerns based on customer impact, coordinating across disciplines to implement effective solutions **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with engineering, supply chain, and customer service teams to enhance quality and operational efficiency **What you need to be successful:** Engineering or STEM degree plus 2 years of quality/manufacturing experience _\(OR\)_ 7 years of aviation quality experience with a technical degree, associate's degree, or A&P licenseStrong communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skillsExperience with AS9100, ISO9001, NADCAP, and special processingFamiliarity with tools like PFMEA, Six Sigma, Lean, and statistical techniquesASQ certifications and project management experience are a plus **Why You'll Love Working Here?** Your success is our success\.
