**Our Chartres plant**
For over 60 years, the Reckitt Chartres industrial site has been dedicated to the production of Personale care and Skin care products. Today, the Chartres site has 9 manufacturing processes, 19 packaging lines, sales in nearly 50 countries and 140 million units produced each year, across our 1,000 product references.
**About the role**
Reporting to the Quality Director, Corporate Audit and Vendor Management (EU). The role of the Supplier Quality Associate is to ensure the quality compliance of suppliers who supply Reckitt with materials or products for the Chartres site and to support the audit network for the EU. The scope includes existing and new suppliers, as well as external manufacturing organisations.
**Your responsibilities**
+ Act as lead auditor to plan, organise and carry out new external audits of manufacturing organisations, audits of new suppliers and routine compliance audits of materials for the Chartres site (raw materials, semi-finished products, components, finished products) and monitor audit actions through to completion.
+ Organise formal meetings with suppliers
+ Summarise the data required to obtain an overall view of the site's supplier performance and the most critical points by gathering information from the various production groups.
+ Leading meetings, taking minutes, following up corrective actions, informing the various parties involved (production, purchasing, etc.)
+ Participate in risk assessment studies (Amdec, etc.) and change control for all new packaging and raw materials projects.
+ Support audits of the Chartres site (external and internal) when questions arise about the quality of supplier management.
+ Draw up Technical Agreements for suppliers of raw materials and components, as well as audit reports, and publish them on time.
+ Ensure that supplier activities are fully compliant with regulatory and Reckitt guidelines to minimise risks to consumers, the business and the brand.
+ Ensure that all local supplier management procedures comply with Reckitt's global procedures and policies.
+ Complete monthly supplier quality KPIs.
+ Suggest quality improvements and training to suppliers, where necessary, to improve their performance.
+ Work closely with Purchasing, Plant Operations and other site QA teams to resolve quality issues with suppliers that may affect consumer safety, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
+ Support the wider audit network and carry out local audits across the EU
+ Ensure that specific supplier controls are implemented where necessary and carry out supplier audits.
**The experience we're looking for**
You have a master’s degree in quality with experience in supplier management and auditing in an industrial environment.
Preferred Lead Auditor qualified to perform industrial audits
You will be familiar with the regulatory requirements, rules and directives of a cosmetics production site in terms of control, manufacturing and packaging.
Fluent English and French required - Frequent business travel within the EU. Job location in Chartres.
