Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $65,500.00 - $98,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: 

The Supplier Programs Analyst II – is a program management professional responsible for growing and maintaining small business spending across multiple Cox divisions. This individual will be responsible for identifying suppliers, managing inquiries, and developing relationships with stakeholders' enterprise wide to support and enhance the organization’s supplier programming. The Supplier Programs Analyst II will work closely with the strategic sourcing category leaders, boundary partners, and external partners to implement strategies that promote the inclusion of small business suppliers within Cox’s supply chain.  

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

Research and identify small business suppliers across a variety of industries and categories to support Enterprise-wide supplier spend goals.  

Foster relationships with suppliers and support them in navigating the procurement process at Cox 

Maintain the supplier database to ensure compliance with the company’s small business requirements. 

Organize supplier programs training, events, and networking opportunities to connect suppliers and internal stakeholders. 

Assist in the execution of supplier diversity strategies and goals in alignment with the company’s overall objectives. 

Maintain relationships with supplier organizations, trade organizations, and advocacy groups.  

Support the creation of supplier reports for stakeholders and senior leadership enterprise wide. 

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and support diverse supplier communities. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 365, Office Suite, Adobe 

Ability to manage project aspects assigned while handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. 

Perform other duties as requested  

Ability to own tasks with minimal oversight and follow ups. 

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.

Program management experience within sourcing and procurement
