Come join us and be a part of the future of Aerospace! **Position Responsibilities:** + The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem solving skills + Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required + Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities + Collaboration with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customer’s requirements + Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities + Leads strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliers and programs + Manages team member relationships and performance throughout all contract phases + Conducts and guides supplier assessments + Develops current and projected work statement + Leads supplier assessments and the development of supplier recovery plans, corrective and preventative action plans + Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to team members **Associate, Level 2:** + Supports technical and business activities to meet supplier performance targets + Supports the evaluation of performance throughout all contract phases + Supports supplier assessments + Assists in the review of current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance + Contributes to recovery, corrective and preventative action planning + Gathers data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities **Mid-Level, Level 3:** + Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets + Develops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance throughout all contract phases + Conducts supplier assessments + Reviews current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance + Evaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plans + Provides data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities **Experienced, Level 4:** + Leads technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities + Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases + Conducts and guides supplier assessments + Develops current and projected work statement + Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans + Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders + Develops and executes work movement plans **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, engineering, scientific or information technology field of study) + 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management or Program Management + Experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) + 1+ years of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations + 1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action **Export Control Requirement:** This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
