SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE MANAGER - SPM F/H Company : Safran Transmission Systems Job field : Purchasing Location : Colombes Cedex , Ile de France , France Contract type : Permanent Contract duration : Full-time Required degree : Master Degree Required experience : More than 8 years Professional status : Professional, Engineer & Manager Spoken language(s) : English Fluent \# 2025-159291 Apply with one click Any questions ? **Job Description** The position is reporting to the Head of Supplier Performance Management, within the Purchasing Department of Safran Transmission Systems Missions: The key role of the SPM in the organization is to ensure the best suppliers' performances levels (OTD/OQD), by managing their operational performance through risks identification/mitigation, and by coordinating the multifunctional SRA (Supplier Relationship Actors) teams (Quality, Industrialization, Procurement, Purchasing). Activities Performance and risks management of the SPM on its suppliers' panel will be driven by the coordination of the SRM multifunctional team in order to establish the monitoring level according to initial risk assessment, and to deploy the surveillance plan to manage risks mitigation by: - Organizing the SRM team internal periodic meetings (weekly-monthly) - Sending Monthly Score Cards to suppliers, displaying OTD/OQD service rate - Organizing Periodic Performance reviews with the suppliers (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual), to determine the action plan to improve the unsatisfactory service rate levels or maintain those satisfactory. - Managing the escalation process of the underperforming suppliers - Assessing suppliers' BCP (Business Continuity Plans) maturity. - Managing the BASELINES with the suppliers: o Organize the different wokshops for Load/Capacity analysis, Industrialization planning, Quality reliability, Supply Chain maturity and Risk Analysis, Low Carbon Roadmap o Organize the signature review with the supplier involving Safran Transmission Systems or at Safran group level Supply chain stake holders o Follow-up the risk mitigation action plan - Regular on-site visits - Early risk detection - …etc **Job Requirements** - More than 8 years operational experience in Project Management or Supply Chain or Purchasing or Industrialization / Quality functions having knowledge on S&OP/MPS, Capacity Management, Maturity assessment, VSM, Planning, Lean manufacturing, Theory of Constraint, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 whys, PFMEA, Process capability / robustness, SPC…etc - Strong Leadership skills oriented with Team spirit, Empowerment and Results - Communication skills in a multi-cultural and multi-hierarchy levels context (internal / external). **But what else?
