Maintain and implement improvement plans with suppliers, enabling them to continuously increase their maturity level. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • This role involves maintaining and improving the Supplier Performance for mitigating crises at specific suppliers, ensuring effective supplier performance and ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruptions in the supply chain. • This role holds full responsibility and accountability for monitoring failing suppliers and leading the supplier recovery plan • Investigate supplier performance problems, determine root causes, and develop and implement action plans to improve performance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering open communication and collaboration. • Take full accountability for managing failing suppliers, closely tracking their performance, and identifying root causes of their underperformance • Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and deliverables, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing improvement initiatives as needed • Monitor supplier risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential disruptions to the supply chain. • Defining and coordinating the monitoring plan. Validating its implementation with the procurement and supplier quality teams. Validating the risk analyses and associated actions. • Use data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and address non-conformities. • Coordinate with multiple customers, both internal and external, to understand their requirements and expectations, and proactively address any concerns related to supplier performance • Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and deliverables, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing improvement initiatives as needed **Complementary Description** Physical Requirements: • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
