Supplier Performance & Contract Manager – Technology

Royal Mail is looking for a commercially astute and results-driven Supplier Performance & Contract Manager to lead strategic supplier relationships across our Technology function. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage end-to-end supplier performance, oversee complex contracts, and deliver measurable value through cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Own supplier relationships and drive financial and operational performanceLead contract reviews, renewals, and commercial governanceAct as a key escalation point and resolve supplier disputesCollaborate across Technology, Procurement, Legal, and Service DeliveryDeliver executive-level reporting and support strategic tendersMentor and manage a high-performing team of contract managersChampion best practice in supplier performance and relationship management
