Supplier Manager

You will work in the Control Tower within Data, Digital, Design and Engineering, our technology division underpinning the digital bank, you will collaborate with support functions in the Supplier Lifecycle, including Group Procurement (Sourcing), Legal and Risk to maintain continuity across supplier initiatives. As a Senior Supplier Manager, you will use your experience and expertise to support business stakeholders across the risk and commercial management of your Supplier Portfolio. You will actively gather requirements, provide advice, and ensure the desired outcomes with the supplier. You will support the business across the entire supplier lifecycle, proactively providing advice and support across activities including on-boarding, renewals and amendments, ongoing governance, performance management, as well as assistance with migration planning or termination exercises.
Utilising your experience interacting and influencing the C-suite you will be responsible for planning and ensuring cohesion across our supplier engagements by conducting internal sessions with stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure the directions set are aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.

5+ years’ experience in Supplier Management in a fast-paced corporate environment. Experience in the Technology or Financial Services industry is valuable Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and suppliers toward desirable outcomes Excellent commercial acumen with analytical experience to support and justify commercial recommendations Ability to work well in a mixed discipline team and be self-organised and action orientated Excited about new technologies and using AI to evolve the way a function delivers.
