Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will optimize supplier management processes to ensure efficient and compliant fulfillment of internal and external requirements.You will leverage advanced technical tools (including AI) for process monitoring, data analysis, and automation, in combination with established process improvement and Lean Management methodologies.You will design and implement business processes within a regulated environment, delivering measurable improvements in productivity.You will facilitate improvement workshops and enable best-practice exchanges across functions.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on targeted objectives and outcomes.

Your qualifications and experience:

You hold a completed degree in a technical field or in business administration with a technical focus.You bring many years of experience in supplier management, ideally within a global medical device or IVD company, a regulated industry, or the automotive sector.You have hands-on experience with Lean Management and process improvement methodologies.You have demonstrated expertise in using AI technologies within a business environment.You possess profound knowledge in business process design, performance monitoring, and operating within a regulatory environment.
