What you will do-
The SICR Coordinator is responsible for managing, reviewing, and processing Supplier Initiate Change Requests in alignment with company policies, supplier agreements, and regulatory requirements. This role ensures all supplier-initiated changes are evaluated, documented, and implemented effectively to minimize risks and disruptions in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
SICR Process Management:
Oversee the end-to-end SICR process, including submission, review, approval, and implementation of change requests initiated by suppliers.Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the change management process.Supplier Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding change requests. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure detailed and accurate documentation is submitted for each request.Provide timely feedback to suppliers on the status of their requests.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Procurement to assess the impact of proposed changes.Facilitate cross-functional review meetings to ensure alignment and consensus on SICRs.Risk Assessment & Impact Analysis:
Evaluate the risks and potential impacts of supplier-initiated changes on product quality, supply chain stability, cost, and timelines. Coordinate the development of mitigation plans for approved changes.Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all SICRs, including supporting documents, decisions, and implementation plans. Generate periodic reports on SICR metrics such as approval rates, processing times, and trends for management review.What you will need-
Bachelor’s degree, Engineering & Sciences, or a related field required.Advanced English skills required.Experience in supply chain, project management, or related roles, required.Familiarity with Change Management processes in a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing), required.Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, or similar) required.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) desired.Travel Percentage: NoneStryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
