As a Supplier Fulfillment Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for Suppliers for all activities related to the execution of the direct materials supplies. You will work with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for goods and related documents and to identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability.

You will be accountable to solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short-term/long-term business goals. You will ensure that business strategies are followed for fulfillment and quality. You will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the product/commodity managed.

As a Supplier Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Manage delivery of materials for the assigned Suppliers, monitoring the production plan and coordinating logistics until receiving into the systems, in line with company processes and proceduresCooperating with Suppliers, Manufacturing Operations, Project Managers, Quality and Engineering to define preventing actions, recovery plans and keeping all main metrics into the system updatedGiving the visibility to Internal customer on Supplier plan, preventing and managing priorities and criticalities to ensure Manufacturing and Sales PlanCollaborating with Suppliers and supporting relevant Service Provider to ensure On Time Delivery for all documentations associated with the materials suppliedInteracting with the Platform and Operating Units Procurement Organization and to provide regular feedback about supplier performances to refine the supplier strategySupporting the execution of risk mitigation plan related to supplier criticalities and Manufacturing/Project Management urgencies, coordinating with Material Management to support Inventory managementPartnering with Quality to support supplier surveillance and on time issues resolution, cooperating with Logistic team to generate transportation best plan to minimize cost and improve efficiencySupporting both Vendor Recovery negotiations & results and Account Payable resolutionSupporting key procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.Ensuring supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance or alternative MBAHave good experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain and/or Commercial with preferred knowledge of oil and gas productsDemonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to learn and consolidate new products, business areas and managed commoditiesBe stress resilient with professional attitude and have experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environmentBe able to maintain workload management in a high-pressure environment, through the ability to organize and prioritize tasks subject to criticalitiesBe autonomous and a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative for solving problemsShow analytical approach for problem identification and quick resolution.Have team working attitude, be motivated and focused on results.Show good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, to be able to build strong relationships with Supplier and internal stakeholders and to facilitate supplies executionBe fluent in English (Italian knowledge is also preferred) and hold an EU passportBe proficient in MS Excel & ERP Systems.
