Supplier Engineering Co-Ordinator Executive
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Source and identify potential suppliers to support Engineering material and tooling fixtures Obtain quotations for material and tooling fixtures from various suppliers Raise Engineering Purchase Requisition’s and handle the Purchase Order(PO) until it is closed.  Run receiving of the material and resolve any issue with delivery Prepare shipping invoice and packing list and coordinate the booking of packaging / shipment logistics

For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum 7 years as  engineering support role / engineering coordinator / relevant Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and focusing on achieving goals  Experience in using Oracle is preferred  Experience in using Inventory software is preferred  Effective and efficient interpersonal skills Highly motivated and driven to succeed Willing to work on flexible work schedules  Ability to work with limited supervision
  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Bachelor Degree in an engineering / business / degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience  Good collaboration, social skills  Fluent in English (spoken and written) and an excellent communicator
