Supplier Development Tooling Lead Engineer

What will your responsibilities be?

Conduct on-site PLA at supplier plantsAnalyze and verify all production phases (Plastic injection, Parts checking and control processes, Process logistics, Other operations)Identify cost-saving opportunities from a tooling/technical perspectivePerform on-site controls of the production process (maintenance and storage)Assess real conditions of tools, produced parts, and tool shotsSupport throughout the product life cycleContinuous Improvement / Supplier developmentCollaborate with suppliers to identify improvement ideas and solutionsFocus on cost reduction activitiesCreate and manage a database containing 3D data for all tools and production devices

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

High School Diploma or Mechanical Engineering Degree5 years of experience in plastic injection (production, tools, parts, or design).Ability to handle multi-task assignmentsExcellent communication skills.Strong analytical skills.Fluent in English and plastic injection terminologyWilingness to travel
