What you’ll do: Responsible for the supplier development, audit, quality control and product improvement, as well as the after-sales work of OEM、ODM products.Responsible for developing new suppliers, evaluating their capabilities and resilience, conducting qualification reviews of new suppliers, assessing their quality management system and capabilities, ensuring their inclusion in the qualified supplier directory, developing and optimizing material incoming inspection standards, supervising the implementation of inspection standards, and ensuring material quality stability.Responsible for the supplier performance assessment,including quality, delivery, aftersales service, take improvement action plan, keep supply chain effectiveness and quality assurance.Coordinate resolved quality issues with suppliers, supervise the implementation of supplier improvement measures, and ensure effective solutions to problemsResponsible for OEM&ODM product after-sales quality problem/issues handling.Ad-hoc assignments.Qualifications: Graduated from engineering related majors in Electrical Engineering, mechanical, and electronics are preferred.At least 5 years supplier quality management experience. Familiar with quality management standards such as IATF16949, ISO9001, etc., familiar with problem analysis techniques such as 8D/5W/QC, able to analyze quality issues, develop corrective and preventive measures, and track implementation effects.Familiarity with mechanical and electrical product quality control is preferredWith good communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively communicate with suppliers and promote the resolution of quality issuesGood at English communication and Office software.Able to adapt to domestic/international travel work.
