Whether finding new ways to capture and sense the world around us, advancing form factors, or improving interaction methods, the Devices & Services team is making people's lives better through technology. + Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Sustaining production in Electro-mechanical product Manufacturing in Pixel ecosystem Goods/accessories supply chain. + Develop vendor manufacturing processes, covering aspects such as material, process flow design, fixture and equipment buy-off, and production line qualifications. + Conduct supplier audits, lead problem-solving efforts, perform failure analysis, and drive issue resolution activities aimed at enhancing and maintaining supplier quality. Lead suppliers by providing technical direction to establish and validate process capability during the NPI phase. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers throughout the product lifecycle, from early engagement, NPI and manufacturing process to End-of-Life (EOL). + Engage with cross-functional teams and utilize Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Design of Experiments (DOE), Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and related tools to identify risks.
