The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Supplier Management Component Repair team is seeking a Supplier Contract Admin (Experienced), to join the team in Seattle, WA. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul team. Additional support with be required for our Supplier Management Contracts, and Program Management Team.
Position Responsibilities:
The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders
Assist with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
Support sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements
Gather data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities
Spares pricing and lead-time negotiations
Collaborate with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customers’ requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
3+ years of experience in Data Analysis
3+ years of experience working in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience in strategic decision making
Experience in a self-directed role
Communication skills and customer focus
