Seeking an Auditor part-time to perform audits.

Responsibilities Prepare and perform Supplier Quality System AuditPrepare and perform Supplier Designated Quality Representative AuditWrite the audits reportsSCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) Management Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience working in aerospaceMinimum of 2-3 years of experience as an auditorMinimum of 2 years of experience with Supplier Quality ManagementMinimum of 2-3 years of genreal manufacturing experienceExcellent knowledge of the AS9100 Quality Management SystemsProblem solving expertise (8D, 5 Why’s, Fishbone, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)Basic working knowledge and experience (e.g.: Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 6-Sigma Green Belt, etc.). Sampling Procedures and Tables, Inspection Plans, and Special Processes.Experience with AS9102 First Article InspectionAbility to read customer and supplier engineering drawings including basic knowledge of GD& T.Less than two years of Inactivity as quality professional.Proven experience directly related to Aerospace Quality  Management Systems and Manufacturing shop floor activity.Availability to travel more than 50% of the timeDetail Oriented Self-Starter
