JSG is interested in speaking with Supplier Analysts with vendor management and AP experience.

This is a contract to perm opportunity with our top client and is FULLY REMOTE. Pay for this role is $21hr.

The Supplier Analysts will be responsible for;
Working with supplier & clients on rejected 810 invoices. Follow up with suppliers. Work with suppliers and A/P to confirm CC payments were processed. Contact supplier for cc receipts Follow up with suppliers for any order that has an ASN (Shipping notice) but missing invoice Reconcile client CC statement on a weekly basis – provide to internal A/R to bill client The person will need to have experience with the following Excel – they must be very experienced, need to know how to Create pivot tables Xlook up Compare data from several spreadsheets Communication, writer & verbal They will be working directly with client & suppliers, therefore they need to be able to effective communicate in orally & in writing. Problem solving They will need to be know how to look beyond what is written to solve the problem Knowing how to use the tools they have to solve invoice problems Documentation They have to be able to track and document issues to resolution Reporting Will need to provide weekly reports on the status of rejected/problem invoices
