SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST
Summary You will serve as Head, Mobile & Integrated Threat Division (MITD), DB44000, in the Threat Target Systems Department (TTSD) of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex systems and capabilities on time and within budget. You will develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives. You will oversee risk management, resource allocation, and cybersecurity to protect critical assets and ensure program success. You will ensure adherence to quality standards and systems engineering processes to deliver reliable and effective solutions. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to enhance organizational performance and achieve cost-wise readiness. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band (NM-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Leading cross-functional teams in developing and fielding complex systems, managing cost, schedule, and performance across multiple projects and contracts; 2) Providing strategic direction as a senior leader, contributing to organizational planning and overseeing division-level strategic and business plan execution; 3) Managing risk, resources, and cybersecurity for a broad range of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational cost and quality standards through systems engineering processes; and 4) Overseeing personnel development and facility modernization to support program execution, leveraging knowledge of threat systems and software development practices.
