Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a SUPERVISORY INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D1755000 and is part of the KS 184 Intelligence Wing, McConnell AFB, KS, Kansas Air National Guard. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Intelligence Operations Specialist, GS-0132-12, you will serve as an Aggressor Team Chief, supervising Aggressor Operations Flight (AOF) Team events, exercises, training, assessments and projects. This position provides the on site supervision required by the Aggressor Operations Team during assessments. Supervises the AOF Team during the conduct of Opposing Force (OPFOR) Information Operations and various types of Information Systems Vulnerability Assessments throughout the Department of Defense (DoD). The position requires comprehensive knowledge of all current intelligence practices and the unit's infrastructure. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Military Grades: O1 through O4 Compatible Military Assignments: 14N3 *Must be willing and able to cross train into the compatible AFSC GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training which demonstrates administrative, professional, investigative, or technical work requiring the ability to deal effectively with others, to collect, evaluate and organize pertinent facts; Experience preparing clear and concise written reports. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level experience, education or training developing and recommending policy, organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluating and recommending changes in methods of intelligence operations; Experience in administrative, investigative, or technical work which required the applicant to deal effectively with others; Experience collecting, evaluating and organizing pertinent facts and to analyze and prepare clear and concise reports. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
