Supervisar y ejecutar maniobras que permitan el cumplimiento de los procesos de surtimiento y mantenimiento del inventario para las lineas productivas contribuyendo a que se cumpla con el plan y programa de producción establecido en la demanda del cliente. Realizar conteos cíclicos y efectuar el análisis de las causas de tales variaciones, así como el manejo, control y documentación de la entrada de materia prima, control de inventario del mismo. **_Actividades Principales:_** + Supervisar las operaciones de recepción, inspección, almacenaje y entrega de productos. + Controlar las condiciones de almacenamiento y el manejo de las mercancías y materiales. + Asegurar la limpieza del almacén, así como la salvaguarda y conservación de los inventarios contenidos en el almacén. + Coordinar un grupo de Auxiliares de Almacén. + Ejecutar conteos de material y toda la labor administrativa que esto conlleve. + Alertar de cualquier variación en el inventario que pudiera ocasionar un paro de línea. + Realizar un análisis de causas resultantes de los ítems de variación mayor en costo o en cantidad y notificar al Gerente de Materiales. + Realizar las transacciones en sistema de descarga de materiales de Scrap según tarjeta proporcionada por el Departamento de Calidad. + Realizar transacciones de movimiento de materiales entre subinventarios ( de Materia prima a Cuarentena) y viceversa según sea requerido por el departamento de Calidad. + Monitorear la existencia de cantidades negativas en sistema y dar solución a esto con el área pertinente. **_Nivel Académico Requerido:_** + Preferible Lic. administración, Ing.
