As a Supervisor, Test Lab Operations, under the guidance of the department leadership, you will support management of the Test Lab Operations first and second shift teams and provide day-to-day leadership to team/teams tied to the commercialization of products through testing activities.  The Test Lab supports all Business Units within Instruments.

This role is on-site in Portage, MI, in the office 5 days a week.

This is to include, pre-review, assignment, and post-approval of Test Request, including final sign-off.Will coordinate with the Stryker Instruments business units to ensure appropriate tests, analysis, equipment, and results are obtained and communicated effectively and efficiently.

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.4+ years of experience2+ years of experience in a highly regulated environment

People or project leadership experienceExperience in a test lab setting

Travel Percentage: 10%
