We are seeking an ambitious Digital Transformation Supervisor to lead our cutting-edge MBSE and FMA Tools Development, Support, and Operations. **What you'll do…**
+ Lead implementation of CatiaMagic / Teamwork Cloud systems engineering tool set for Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) / Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) and act as the Business-owner of the enterprise-wide Cameo tool suite
+ Lead development, testing, and deployment of enhancements in the Ford Engineering Design Environment (FEDE) FMA Domain, MBSE / CatiaMagic / TWC systems engineering tool set, and CoLab including FMA plan/delivery, Quality History, SCCAF/SCCP management, and Control Plan.
+ Lead future state development of SysML v2 and integrations with DS 3DX
+ Seamlessly work with the IT matched-pair product teams to specify needed tool functionalities, elaborate & prioritize the backlog, and work within the Agile framework for deliveries
+ Partner with Quality Office & Design Assurance teams to develop digital tool solutions for administration, execution, and measurement of FMA processes
+ Support Product Development teams to deploy/implement MBSE/FMA system functionalities for immediate application in Core teams and on in-flight program teams
+ Coordinate efforts between Product Development, Quality, and Manufacturing to provide robust and consistent tools
+ Develop tool training documentation and other learning materials in support of deployment to Product Development functional teams. Lead training where required.
**You'll have...**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ BS in Engineering required
+ 5+ years of experience with SAE J1739 FMA disciplines, processes, and digital tools
+ Expert-level experience with CatiaMagic / MagicDraw SysML tool and TWC server
+ Significant experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM / Active Workspace
+ Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work within cross functional teams.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools

**Preferred**
+ MS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable Engineering discipline
+ Experience with Ford FMA Handbook and all required deliverables aligned with Ford Global Product Development System (GPDS) such as D/PFMEA’s, Boundary & P-diagrams, SCCAF, Robustness Checklists, and Change Point Analysis
+ Strong working knowledge Systems Engineering principles, processes, and artifacts
+ Experience with SysML model composition and collaboration best practices
+ Working experience with Agile & SAFe methodologies and Rally backlog maintenance
+ Global working experience with partners in Europe, China, South America, and/or Australia
+ Supervisory experience leading a team of 6-8 engineers
