Position Purpose
It will be the overall responsibility of the Training Development Specialist to assist in the creation of task analysis relevant to the identified training needs and then source all the content necessary for the development of a course from start to finish. The goal is to make certain that all text, video, graphics, animation and any other element developed maintains technical accuracy and relevance to the tasks. Will serve as liason between CAT and stores to assist in solving problems on training issues and will support the training manager with the administration and development of training reports and processes as well as with the delivery of instructor led courses according to the company traning needs
Primary Accountabilities
+ Planning, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating training programs and follow the KPIs aligned with the strategy of the company. coordinates, facilitates, administers, monitors, and evaluates effectiveness of training efforts and implements corrective action as necessary.
+ Work as a partner of the regional trainers to ensure that regional training needs are identified, planned, aligned and executed in an training annual plan based in standard processes and MX training strategy
+ Design and coordination of training strategies and projects with US to aligne the initiatives, at the same time work with Operations and Commercial area in order to have all the training materials updated in the four training pillars: process, leadership, culture and hardparts knowledge.
+ Manage the mandatory legal processes requested by the STPS at the national level
+ Develops, implements and improves online and face-to-face training programs.
+ Implementation and management of auto parts training programs for MX AutoZone needs, including negotiation with mechanical schools and the coordination with Operations and Field teams
Education & Experience
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Training Development, Adult Learning Strategies, Pedagogy, Psychology, Communications
Years of Experience: Five to seven years.
Type of Experience: Automotive Retail, Automotive Technical experience a real plus, E-learning, Programming and Designing
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Extensive Excel, Office tools, Adobe Photoshop advanced, Adobe Illustrator advanced, Adobe Flash advanced, Lectora Inspire advanced, Storyline2 advanced, ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0, Audio and Video knowledge
Other/Preferred: English, PNL and Coaching skills are highly recommended
