In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead the social media and digital marketing team and ensure service level agreements are met within the timeline. Generate reports based on team deliverables, present them to management and partners, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Evaluates individual performance and conducts performance discussions to keep everyone on track. Monitors the efficiency of the development plan, provides feedback and coaching, and implements other developmental training and career progression plans to ensure the success of the individuals within the team. Ensures efficient communication with partners by delivering factual data, reports, and information on time, thereby accurately perceiving the team's capability and performance. Provide strategic directions and recommendations for social media campaign development based on benchmarks, industry trends, standard processes, tool updates, etc. Conceptualizes social media campaigns by using data and turning creative concepts into assets for social channels, such as creative copy, images, videos, short-form infographics, etc. Evaluate and analyze the efficiency of social media campaigns by measuring reach, impressions, engagement rates, and other metrics against KPIs and reporting models to provide analysis and optimization recommendations. Manages social media paid ad campaigns, including strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and analysis.

Who You Are:

You have a strong understanding of social media and digital marketing and can put together strategies and campaign designs. You are a good communicator with strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are interpersonally savvy and can collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, English, Journalism or equivalent More than 5 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience as a team leader handling multiple teams, supporting multiple functions and leading leaders or relevant experience in a senior role in social media, digital marketing or equivalent.
