Lead and supervise the operational team at New Zealand's first Thermal Hydrolysis Process (THP) facility, ensuring excellence in safety, performance, and reliability. Responsible for developing operational standards and managing integration with existing Moa Point WWTP while establishing best practices and developing local capability.

Required Qualifications and experience:
Degree in Engineering and/or Technical certifications in Wastewater treatment
Minimum 5 years experience in THP operations and demonstrated expertise in wastewater treatment processes
Demonstrated supervisory experience
Leadership track record
Health and Safety certifications
Fluent English language skills (verbal and written)
History in training and mentoring operational staff
