Supervisor / Security Officer - Weekly Pay!

Location: Volo, Lakemoor, and Round Lake, IL or McHenry, Island Lake, and Wauconda, IL

Rate: $23.00-$25.00/Hour

What Your Day May Look Like

Security Officer Duties:

Conflict resolution and de-escalationSecure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client's premisesFrequent interactions with client employees and guestsIdentify and report safety issues or hazardous conditionsClearly and quickly report any suspicious activityProvide detailed written reports.

Supervisor Duties: 

Supervisor and support a team of security officers on siteEnsure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocolsRespond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectivelyTrain new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedbackMaintain details reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logsCommunicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredStandard computer / technology skills neededCustomer service background preferredPrior security and/or supervisor experience a plus!Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional mannerMust be able to conduct patrols throughout shiftMust have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.

We are looking for dynamic individuals who can provide outstanding customer service, control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required, monitor CCTV, and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
