Supervisor Resident Care - Irvington Village

The Resident Care Supervisor oversees the recruiting, hiring, training and supervising of care giving staff members. The individual in this position is responsible to coordinate services provided for residents, to supervise care delivery and to maintain service care plans.

Required Qualifications:

Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check may be required for this position based upon the location of the position.5 years Experience as a caregiver/medication aide and/or care management experience (Overseeing staff supporting resident daily activities).3 years In a supervisory/leadership role in a healthcare setting and/or working with frail/elderly population.

Bachelor's Degree
