Protein Conversion Supervisor This position will address and facilitate a sound manufacturing process that will include but is not limited to production goals, quality, safety, employee morale, etc.  The 4th shift supervisor will also communicate with all hourly partners and be the liaison between upper management and the hourly partners.  A shift supervisor will ensure that our customer requirements are met. QualificationsKnowledge or ability to learn Protein Conversion operationsAbility to deal with a diversified workforceAbility to communicate with a varied range of customers, management and partnersSome mechanical knowledge about pressure vessels, augers and conveyorsAbility to work without direct supervisionGood written an oral communication skillsBasic math skillsExcellent work historyHigh School Diploma required with 5 years experience preferred in management/related field.Please include all work experience even if you are submitting a résumé for the past 5 years.  Failure to complete this or entering 'N/A' will result in automatic disqualification. EOE, including disability/vets * To be considered for the position, a resume must be uploaded**
