The Operations Supervisor will assist with all human resources issues for non-clinical staff including staffing, hires, terminations, recognition, retention, discipline, coaching staff, providing regular and timely performance review, creating improvement plans as needed, and help staff understand performance outcomes needed to meet overall goals and delivery of strong customer service. **Exceptional Skills and Qualifications** Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. + 2 year / Associate's Degree with 4 years relevant experience within a healthcare setting with Associate's Degree/ / OR year / Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience within a healthcare setting (preferred). + 5+ years experience in a healthcare environment in the areas of front office / and/or customer service, with 2 years of front office supervision or lead experience, billing background desired (required). + I **n lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.** + **Practice Management** : Supports the Practice Administrator/Nurse Manager in monitoring costs and staffing. Ensures appropriate personnel utilization and coordinates staff training. Manages time-off approvals and balances staffing needs. Communicates with Talent Management for recruitment and focuses on staff development and engagement. + **People Development** : Conducts performance reviews and provides HR input. Coaches and develops team members, aligning career growth with business goals. Creates an energetic and inclusive culture, encourages innovation, and facilitates change. + **Self-Awareness** : Adapts behavior to meet others’ needs.
